Christian Salvatore (born May 25, 1987[1]) is an Italian entrepreneur and researcher. He is the CEO and co-founder of DeepTrace Technologies,[2] a company developing artificial intelligence algorithms to detect pathologies and perform early diagnosis and prognosis using clinical data and images.[3] He is a senior researcher in applied physics at the Scuola Superiore Studi Pavia IUSS.[4] He specializes in artificial intelligence applied to medical imaging.[5]

Christian Salvatore was born in Italy.[6] He graduated with PhD from University of Milano-Bicocca in 2015,[7] focusing on the intersection of artificial intelligence and medical imaging, suited for the early diagnosis and prognosis of Alzheimer's Disease.[8] In 2018 he founded DeepTrace Technologies.
Salvatore was named one of Forbes 30 Under 30 innovators for the year 2017,[9] and awardee of the first edition of The Peres Heritage Initiative at Ambrosetti Forum in 2017. [10]
His work has been featured in Il Sole 24 Ore,[11] Wired,[12], Il Corriere della Sera[13], and Science Daily.[14]
