Christopher Rygh
Christopher Rygh (born 23 April 1981) is a Norwegian actor known for his roles in *The Head Hunter*, *Medieval*, and several series like *The Last Kingdom*.
Career
Christopher Rygh started his acting career in his mid-30s. In 2018, he got the main role in cult horror director Jordan Downey's Gothic fantasy, *The Head Hunter*.[1] [2][3][4] The same year, he appeared in the third season of the famous Netflix series, *The Last Kingdom*[4][5], and in 2020 in the second season of *Miracle Workers*[6][7]. In 2020, an upcoming Czech action historical drama film, Medieval,[4][8] marks Christopher's debut in a major feature film production, which will see Christopher using his unrivalled skills with a broadsword and on horseback.[9]
Personal life
Christopher Rygh was born and raised in Norway. In his youth, he had a great passion for music and performed as a bass player with various bands. He later studied music and music production at universities in both Liverpool and London. After his music studies, he returned to Norway and picked up work as an audio engineer, which later became a pathway to his voice-over career.
Today, he lives in Norway together with his daughter.
