Cinthya Carmona
Cinthya Carmona is an American actress. She was born on December 27th, 1990 in Venezuela.[1] She is most noted for her roles as Brandie in the Hulu original series, East Los High and Sophie Cardona in the 2017 hit Netflix series, Greenhouse Academy.[2] Carmona has also starred in many hit films such as Badge of Honor and Skin in the Game. Carmona finished her studies at the Speiser/Sturges Acting Studio located in Los Angeles, California.[3]

Cinthya Carmona was born on December 27th, 1990 in Venezuela to Colombian and Venezuelan parents. She grew up in Miami, Florida from where she started acting in several theater productions at the Mainstreet Playhouse. Her most notable performances are The Grass Menagerie and Barefoot in the Park.[4] She then went on to make her first acting debut in a hit Spanish series, El Vacilon in 2009. She then appeared in an episode of 2012's, True Justice as Lupe.[5] She then got casted in 2012's, Super 35 as Sloane Peterson and 2012's, Success Driven as The Fan. Carmona then went on to star in 2015's, Power, 2015's, Badge of Honor, 2016's, Rush Hour and her most notable role in 2016's hit Hulu series, East Los High as Brandie.[6][7][8][9] She then went on to acquire a lead role in Netflix's 2017 tween drama, Greenhouse Academy as Sophie Cardona.[10][11] In 2018, Carmona starred in Skin in the Game as Crystal and in 2019, she starred in The Tax Collector as Alexis Cuevas.[12][13][14]
