Citizen Force is a center-left Colombian political party created in 2007. It has been established mainly in the city of Santa Marta and the department of Magdalena. It was founded by Carlos Caicedo Omar, who was elected mayor with the support of the Liberal Party in 2012. Two other members of the Rafael Alejandro Martínez movement have also been elected mayors of that city in the 2015 elections and Virna Johnson Salcedo in the 2019 elections. In 2019, Caicedo in turn won the Government of Magdalena. In the 2018 presidential elections, he was part of the Petro Presidente alliance together with the UP and the MAIS party. For the 2022 congressional elections, the head of the list is the lawyer Gilberto Tobón Sanín.
