City Spice is an Indian food restaurant on Brick Lane in Shoreditch, London. [1] The restaurant was founded in 2014 by Abdul Ahad and Abdul Niaz Muhaimen. [2][3] Since 2018 it has had a vegan curry menu. [4][5]
History
City Spice was originally a sari shop. [6][7] Its previous owner converted it into a curry house in the early 1980s. It was then bought by Abdul Ahad in 2014. [8]
