City of Angels Record Label
City of Angels was a US record label active from 1994-2016[1].In 1994, British DJ Justin King was interested in starting a record label that would showcase American electronic dance acts. Together with Steve Melrose[2], King formed the City of Angels Record Label. The first official release from the City of Angels label was The Crystal Method's "Now is the Time". The Crystal Method were then signed to Outpost Recordings in 1996.
The Crystal Method’s first single, “Now Is The Time” was also the first release of City of Angels record label.[3]
