Fallen Tree Records is a Canadian independent record label based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.[1] Their releases are in the folk, roots/Americana, and alternative genres.[2]
Name
Fallen Tree Records was named by founder, Peter Chapman, to reflect his belief that music feeds in a similar way that a fallen tree does to its environment: giving "new life, new experiences, and new ways to see the world."[2]
