Click4Support is computer security and technical support provider company in Newtown, PA, headquartered in Essex, Connecticut in United States. They came into existence in the year 2007. The company uses software such as Mcafee to provide antivirus security.[2]
The service has been criticised by the Better Business Bureau for misleading users into thinking that they are dealing with a major computer or software manufacturer, for misdiagnosing problems and engaging in "high-pressure tactics to 'upsell' the company’s support contracts".[3]
