Coca-Cola en tu Hogar (CCETH) is a direct-to-consumer solution offered by The Coca-Cola Company in Latin America. It serves as a home delivery program, providing customers with the convenience of ordering Coca-Cola's diverse portfolio of products online. The program operates on an omnichannel strategy and offers free shipping, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for consumers..[1]
History[edit]
CCETH web channel was launched in 2014 in Mexico with the aim of developing a D2C business model, profitable and scalable, to market the company's multi-category products and services directly to consumers' homes, positioning us as a benchmark in the market.[1] [2]
In 2021 the program was extended with the incorporation of the bottler Coca-Cola FEMSA, achieving a digital expansion to more than 600,000 homes in Mexico.[3] incorporating the strength of the largest employer in Mexico with its almost 100,000 workers in the Coca-Cola division. [4]
In 2022 the program expands to the metropolitan area of Mexico City [5]
