Collectabillia.com is an online portal in India that sells and auctions memorabilia of sporting stars.[1][2]
Collectabillia.com launched its auction platform during Season of the IPL, partnering with Sachin Tendulkar to auction limited edition merchandise.[3][4]
Collectabillia is a brand owned by Universal Sportsbiz Pvt Ltd (USPL).[5]
Association with Lionel Messi[edit]
In June 2014, Collectabillia partnered with Lionel Messi to manufacture and sell cellphone, tablet and laptop covers featuring Messi through 80 retail companies.[6][7][8]
Collectabillia Celebrity Walls[edit]
Collectabillia partnered with Café Coffee Day in November 2013, to sell autographed collectables.[9]
Auction[edit]
Collectabillia launched its auction site on 9 March 2013, auctioning Yuvraj Singh's memoir "Test of my Life".[10][11]
In 2013, Collectabillia launched a daily IPL auction, selling memorabilia from the T20 tournament.[12][13]
Charity auction[edit]
In August 2012, Collectabillia partnered with Bangalore-based NGO GoSports Foundation and hosted a memorabilia auction in aid of the Foundation’s PACE Scholarship Program for junior Olympic and Paralympic talent.[14] In April 2014 Collectibillia and the Vijay Amritraj Foundation hosted an auction of sports memorabilia in Chennai in aid of charities supported by the foundation.
