CTIL Infrastructure Limited is formed as wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with diversification plans to set up 405 MWS Coal fired Thermal Power plant near JIRAL Village, Bhuban block, Kamakhayanagar, Tahasil, Dhenkanal District, Orissa State. In 2009, Comp U Learn Tech India won an order of US$1,113,000 from Vetco International & Fajr International companies who are authorized holders for supply of software for health and education services in UAE.[11] In 2010, CTIL has got the Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana order from Uttar Pradesh Government worth of (₹) 19.36 crore.[12]
Raj Kosaraju is focused on developing products in IT services. He serves as a CIO, an advisor and mentor at several technology incubators, start-up organizations in USA, Latin America and India. He played a key role in the IPO Merger & Acquisition and subsequent integration of CTIL between 2010-2012. The company went for an IPO (Initial Public Offering) and the issue was oversubscribed several times. All said and done, Comp–U–Learn India (CTIL) became well known when its subsidiary Astus Technologies Inc. a New Jersey based (IT & ITES) entered into an MoU with US–based Lending space, to develop comprehensive business process solution for the home mortgage business. CTIL operates mainly in geographies like US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong and Middle East countries. He is responsible for large strategic customers in the East, West and Central territories in the U.S. and Central Americas. - In October 2009, Comp U Learn board approved the acquisition of a 60% stake in Boden Services Inc, an IT Services company in New Jersey, USA for $1.5 million.[15]
- In the same year the company acquired 60% Stake in ACE BPO Services Pvt Ltd is a healthcare focused IT enabled services company for about 3.6 crores.[16]
- CTIL also acquired 51% stake in M/s Shouk Investement Consultancy, Dubai[17] for the purpose of business development in Middle East and African countries. Name of the firm has been changed to M/s COMPULEARN MIDDLE EAST FZC.[13]
