2010: Virgin Media[12] becomes ContactEngine's first corporate client, followed by HomeServe.

2014: Official name change from ipadio to ContactEngine

2015: Whirlpool Corporation and Sky UK become corporate clients

2017: ContactEngine incorporates in the United States and opens offices in Washington, D.C. Verizon becomes ContactEngine's first American corporate client

2018: ContactEngine becomes ISO 27001 certified (SOC 2) [13]

2019: ContactEngine opens offices at Bletchley Park. TELUS becomes ContactEngine's first Canadian corporate client
