Contactually is a customer relationship management (CRM) software and service company based in downtown Washington, D.C. Founded in 2011, Contactually is a provider of customer relationship software for various industries including real estate. Since 2011, it has expanded the niche of customer relationship tools, and has positioned itself as an alternative to larger CRM tool providers (such as Salesforce).[2][3]

In early 2011, co-founders Zvi Band, Tony Cappaert, and Jeff Carbonella met through the DC startup community ProudlyMadeInDC. Within a few months, they were admitted into 500 Startups and officially incorporated as Contactually, Inc.[4]
Features[edit]
Contactually does not migrate user data. It connects to Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP-based email accounts and calendars. Contactually offers built-in integrations with services like MailChimp and Zapier.[5]
Contactually uses email to identify new leads for users through targeted questions. The system then parses the response and automatically pushes all rich data to a CRM.[6]
Business[edit]
Contactually announced in 2013 a $1 million seed-funding round led by Point Nine Capital and Boston Seed.[7] Following this initial investment, Contactually procured $8 Million in Series A financing in 2015 from investors including Grotech Ventures, Rally Ventures, and Correlation Ventures.[8][9] Contactually has raised $13.83 million to date.
