Saphyte is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage business operations and customer relations. It was launched in 2017 under Loyica Technology, a tech company based in Dubai, by Ali Homadi. Its features are tailored for small and medium-sized businesses.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]

Saphyte was founded by Ali Homadi in 2017.  It is developed and registered in the UAE.[2][3][1][8][9]

It has released a Chrome and Firefox plugin called Saphyte Sync., a tool to capture LinkedIn data and store it into the Saphyte workspace.[1][2][10]

The product[edit]

The product is a customer relationship management software for customer engagement and management, email marketing, and sales intelligence. It is a customizable product.[1][2][8][11]

Awards and recognition[edit]

Saphyte received the Digitization Software Of The Year award in the E-Business Awards 2021, organized by Entrepreneur Middle East in association with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Dubai Startup Hub at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk.[12][13]
