Counterwave inc. is a Silicon Valley startup incubator.[1] It was incorporated on August 20, 2007.[2][3] As a developer, it has created the games OMBY, Notakto, Unscramble It and Hackenbush.[4] They also have a game called Simplosion,[5] which is currently in beta.[6] They are based in Palo Alto 94301 (Santa Clara, CA).[7] The principals of the company are Dr. Thane Plambeck and Greg Whitehead.
