Craig Mitnick is an American lawyer, broadcaster and businessman.

Mitnick received his BBA in finance from Emory University (Atlanta, Georgia) and subsequently received his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University School of Law (Washington DC).

Mitnick began his career as an Assistant Prosecutor in two separate counties within New Jersey. During the same time period, he also acted as a certified instructor of law and procedure at two countywide police academies.

After leaving the public sector, Mitnick entered the private practice of law and founded Mitnick Law Office, LLC. The firm specializes in complex civil and criminal litigation.[1]

Mitnick was contracted as an on-air legal analyst for Fox News Channel,[2][3] Fox Radio Network,[4] and CBS[5]

Mitnick also established Nixle, LLC, an information and technology company that provides real-time location based information. The Company was acquired by Everbridge Communications in 2015. The service is currently being used by law enforcement and local agencies within all 50 states.[6][7]

Within his litigation practice, Mitnick focuses on complex litigation. He represents in excess of 1400 retired NFL players who sued the National Football League for concussion related injuries. Most recently, he filed a mass tort environmental action against Fortune 500 Company, Sherwin-Williams. The suit alleges illegal dumping and cancer related injuries.

In April 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 Mitnick was named one of the top 100 criminal trial attorneys in the country by "The National Trial Lawyers". Additionally, he sits on the Executive Committee of national organization.

In 2017 Mitnick was accepted into the exclusive organizations, "Top American Lawyers" and the "Million Dollar Advocates Forum".

In 2018 Mitnick was named as a fellow with the American Bar Foundation. Only 1% of attorneys in the US are named fellows by the organization.

Additionally, Mitnick is a member of the "National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys", "Lawyers of Distinction", the "National Trial Lawyers top 100", the "American Bar Association", the "New Jersey Bar Association" and the "Pennsylvania Bar Association".

Specialties include complex civil and criminal litigation, trial strategy and public speaking.

His family members include a wife named Fern, and two sons: Dylan and Cameron.
