Mark Allen Robbins is an American lawyer who currently serves as General Counsel of the United States Office of Personnel Management.[1] In November 2019, he was nominated by President Donald Trump to a 15-year term as an associate judge on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.[2] On January 3, 2021, his nomination was returned to the President under Rule XXXI, Paragraph 6 of the United States Senate. His nomination was resubmitted later that same day.[3] His nomination was referred to the United States Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
Robbins received his B.A. from George Washington University and his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School.[4]
