Crashcore is a debut album by music producer Pedrojoga5766, under the pseudonym Crash, which was released on September 9, 2024.[1]

Singles

Work for boys was released as the album's lead single on March 28, 2024. We smoke like it's our life was released as the album's second single on June 21, 2024. This is cool was released as the album's third single on July 15, 2024.

Background

In March 2024, Pedro stated that he was working on a new project that would be released soon,[2] after spending one day, Pedro posted a demo of the single work for boys on his Twitter[3], which used to be called crash bandicoot 0.1. On March 28, 2024, Work for Boys was finally released, but the song was only released on YouTube and SoundCloud.

On June 21, 2024, We smoke like it's our life was released as the album's second single, using samples from the song “Diss pra Stefany do Lote XV” by the artist LUCKHAOS along with Drum and bass. On July 15, 2024, the song “This is cool” was released. Pedro stated in the song's description on YouTube that he was doing a new project, which was going to come out in September.[4][5] In August 2024, Pedro posted a series of tweets on his Twitter account. He posted trailers and advertisements for the electronic game Crash Bandicoot.[6][7][8][9][10][11]

On August 29, 2024,[1] the album was announced on all his social networks. The album was released on September 9, 2024.

Crashcore is one of the first projects of mine that I released. I started making the album at the beginning of 2024 and it was fun to make it. Making an album for a favorite game was cool. I don't want to earn anything on it. I made this album for fun. I was going to make the songs like dariacore but I made any musical genre, even so I didn't stop making it. I released it right on the day that the first crash bandicoot has its birthday. Will there be Crashcore 2? only time will tell. thanks for reading, I hope you like the album.
