Crisis and Critique is a biannual peer-reviewed academic journal of philosophy. It explores and critically develops political and philosophical issues from a Marxist perspective.[1] It is considered to be more linked to a Zizekian view of leftist theory.[2] It is dedicated to exploring "the emancipatory potential of Marxist thought and tradition". The first issue was published in January 2014. The editors-in-chief are Agon Hamza and Frank Ruda. It is published by Kolektivi i Materializmit Dialektik.[3]

Content

The journal devotes its issues to particular topics. The first issue was concerned with democracy and revolutions. The Collective Acheronta Movebo guest-edited the second issue on the Freudian field. The third issue of the journal dealt with the notion of critique, whereas the fourth dealt with the topic of current politics and theology.[4]
