Cruise118.com is a cruise travel agency based in Chorley, Lancashire in North West England.
Cruise118.com sells cruises as part of the WTH (UK) collective, which includes SixStarCruises.co.uk and RiverVoyages.com. World Travel Holdings UK employs 160 people.[2]
History[edit]
Cruise118.com was founded by James Cole and Mal Barritt in 2008, after previously trading as Travel118 Limited. It became one of the U.K's fastest growing retailers[3] and by 2010, it entered into a partnership with U.S travel retailer, World Travel Holdings.[4]
In March 2018, James Cole left the organisation to 'pursue other interests'. Alison Earnshaw replaced his role as Managing Director.[5]

- In 2009, Cruise118.com won the award for Online Agent of the Year at the Agent Achievement Awards.
- In 2010 the company was named Agency of the Year at the ACE Excellence Awards.
- In 2010, the company was also awarded the Best Agent-only Website award at the Travolution Awards 2010.
- In 2014, the company were nominated in the Best Use of Social Media category at the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards.[7] They also won Travel Agent Business of the Year at the CLIA Cruise Excellence Awards.
- In 2015, Cruise118.com also won CLIA Business of the Year.
- In 2017, the company was listed in the Financial Times 1000 as one of Europe's fastest growing companies.
- Cruise118.com was also a winner of Best Cruise Agent at the Wave Awards[8], and both Online Travel Agent of the Year and Travel Agent Business of the Year at the CLIA Cruise Excellence Awards.
- In 2018, Cruise118.com also won Best Cruise Travel Agent in the UK at the Wave Awards,[9] as well as Best Large Cruise Agency of the Year at the Agent Achievement Awards.[10]
