Crystal Kung Minkoff is an American businesswoman and television personality. She starred on the reality television series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as a series regular in 2021. She also co-owns a beverage company named "Real Coco" with her brother. [1] [2] [3]
Carrer[edit]
Kung was born and raised in Northridge, California to first-generation Chinese immigrant parents.[1] She attended University of California, Irvine and studied Biology and History.[1] Crystal joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in Season 11 and remains a cast member going into Season 12. She was introduced by fellow cast member and "friend of" Kathy Hilton. Her business Real Coco, a joint venture with her brother, offer a variety of coconut and other plant based products and recipes. The company sells its products mainly online, notably on Amazon but also in stores across the Mid-West, Hawaii, California, Arizona, Utah, Nevada and Colorado. [3]
Personal life[edit]
Kung met Minkoff at a party in his office in 2003, and they attended the Finding Nemo premiere as their first date. Minkoff proposed to her on Valentine's Day 2006, and they married on September 29, 2007.[4] They have a son named Max and a daughter named Zoe.[5][6]
According to Bravo, Crystal and Rob live in Bel Air and Crystal has formal culinary training, and she has a passion for cooking and throwing extravagant parties. She is an enjoys skier and loves to play tennis. [1]
Kung is a 76th-generation descendant of Confucius. Her brother is Jeffrey Kung,[4] a singer and radio VJ in China.
She is a strong activist for the Alzheimer's Association due to her dad suffering with the disease before his death four years ago. [7]
