Curtis & Hayes is an online designer furniture retailer based in Gurgaon, India that sells furniture.[1] The company was founded by Amit Kumar (CEO) and Shoeb Choudhury (COO).[2] It is present in all major cities and towns across India. The company offers free shipping on all orders. It also provides carpenters to assemble furniture items in major cities on the same day and all that is free of cost.[3][4]

Curtis & Hayes was established in July, 2015 by founder Amit Kumar (former Primark Management) and Co-founder Shoeb Choudhury with USD 500K and the organisation is in early talk of angel and VC funding of $1.0 million.[3] Amit Kumar, MSc-IB from Manchester Metropolitan University, resigned from Primark Management in 2010 and Co-founded Barton Rouge (chain of Indian restaurants and bar in North West England) with Shoeb Choudhury.[5][6]

Curtis & Hayes is an online store for furniture and home decor products.[7] The company delivers and installs all the products it offers. The company also started a new home décor concept called “Room in a box” in May 2016, the box contains few essential home décor products for every home.[8] Curtisandhayes.com aim to releases two new collections every quarter.[2] The company minimises overheads by selling online, not owning its factories and building close working relationships with factories and designers.[5]
