Mr. Chatak Vajpayee is a cybersecurity advisor and cyber crime investigator. He began his career in 2013 and delivered his first lecture at the Police Radio Training School in the National Cyber Crime Investigation Program.
Currently, he is a master trainer at the Bureau of Police Resource Development and a prominent faculty member at the Central Detective Training Institute.
He has conducted over 200 sessions at the Central Academy of Police Training (CAPT) in Bhopal, interacting with more than ten thousand police officials across India. These sessions covered topics such as cybercrime investigation, open source intelligence, and handling financial crimes in cyberspace. He has interacted with officers of various paramilitry and state police, ranging from Inspectors to Superintendents. Additionally, Mr. Vajpayee has conducted sessions for foreign police officials, sharing his expertise on investigating critical cyber-related crimes. He continues to conduct sessions at various other Indian police academies, including the Internal Security Academy, Central Reserve Police Force, Mount Abu, SSB Academy Bhopal, Rustamji Armed Police Training College Indore, MP Police Training Headquater, Bhopal, etc. Mr. Vajpai runs his own startup, HackOuts India, with offices in Pune and Indore. He offers mentoring to IT professionals and students, as well as cyber security services to corporate businesses. Additionally, he directs Cyber Safe Line, a service that assists law enforcement organizations and provides free advice to victims of cybercrime.
Mr. Vajpai holds three globally recognized qualifications from the EC Council U.S. and Offensive Security. He also has a master's degree in computer applications and is an accredited faculty member of information security at IIT Bombay.
