Cynthia DeLuca is an American real estate agent, investor and author based in DeLand, Florida.

Early life and career[edit]

DeLuca is a native of DeLand, Florida and was raised by her father and her stepmother Linda. DeLuca was the youngest of six children.[1][2][3][4]

In 1995, DeLuca earned an AS degree in graphic design. She worked in the advertising industry for several years after college before making a career shift to real estate in 1999.[5]

DeLuca became a realtor and started with Coldwell Banker Property Showcase.[6] In 2002, she moved to Town & Country Realty, where she remained until she opened her own brokerage firm Total Realty Corp in 2004. She sold Total Realty Corp in 2016 to ERA Grizzard Real Estate.[7][8] DeLuca also invests in real estate[9]. Her current real estate investment portfolio includes both single-family units and multi-family rental units.[10][11]

Following the sale of Total Realty Corp, she shifted her focus towards coaching real estate agents and brokers.[12][13][14]

In 2016, DeLuca released her first book, The High Heels Landlord, a guide for realtors.[15][16] She released her second book in 2017 which was called Fill’er Up: The High Heels Landlord’s Guide to Filling your Rental Property.[17]

Her third book titled The Standout Agent was released in 2021.[18]

Personal life[edit]

DeLuca is married to Gennaro DeLuca and has four children. She resides in the DeLand, Florida.[19][20]

DeLuca is Christian. On December 7, 2011, she was baptized along with her husband in Jordan River, Israel.
