DJ Larizzle is a British DJ and radio presenter.
DJ Career[edit]
Larizzle made his first appearance on BBC Radio 1Xtra as a guest DJ on DJ Cameo's UKG Show in 2010.[1] He then continued to make numerous guest DJ appearances across the station for DJ Cameo,[2][3] CJ Beatz,[4] Tim Westwood,[5] Charlie Sloth[6] and Clara Amfo.[7][8]
In 2016 Larizzle made his first of 3 guest show appearances for online radio station NTS Radio[9][10][11]
In 2018 Larizzle performed at Boiler Room's 'SYSTEM: Summer Sounds' event in London's Somerset House alongside a number of acts including UK artist Skepta. [12] [13]
In 2019 Larizzle performed an Afrobeats and Afro house DJ mix for music software company Serato.[14]
Awards[edit]
Larizzle is a two-time winner of the Official Mixtape Awards.
In 2012 Larizzle won Best Mixtape Compilation for his 'Team UK Vol. 2' mixtape.
In 2013 he also won Best House Mixtape Compilation for his 'The House Mix 2012' mixtape.[15]
The DJ Larizzle Podcast[edit]
In 2010 Larizzle launched his music podcast, 'The DJ Larizzle Podcast' on iTunes (now known as Apple Podcasts).[16] From 2019 'The DJ Larizzle Podcast' also became featured on Spotify,[17] Google Podcasts,[18] Mixcloud,[19] TuneIn Radio[20] and Stitcher Radio.[21]
