Dadi Balsara

Dadi Balsara was a businessman and the owner of Mount Everest Mineral Water Limited, which manufactured Himalayan mineral water.

He was born into a Parsi family[1] of modest means and began his career as an LIC officer in Nagpur where he earned a salary of Rs. 600/-.

He lived in Taj Mansingh Hotel for 36 years until he died in 2014 at the age of 81. Balsara and his wife, Christina Stone, who died in 2009, had no children.[2][3]
