Daisy Lundy Lovelace is an American professor, consultant and author of popular courses about company management, executive coaching, strategic planning, and team optimization on LinkedIn Learning. From 2020 she provides lessons on leadership and communication in the daytime MBA program at the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University in North Carolina.

Education and career[edit]

Lovelace has a B.S. (2005), Masters in education (2005), and a Ph.D. (2012) from the University of Virginia (2005).[1] She has subsequently worked at multiple institutions, in both teaching and administrative positions, the institutions include the University of Virginia, Kelley School of Business at Indiana University,[1][2] and Princeton University.[1] In 2017 she started publishing classes for LinkedIn Learning.[1] In 2020 she joined the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University as an associate professor.[1]

Online courses[edit]

On LinkedIn Learning she authored 15 courses, 8 of which have over 100,000 views.[3] Among the most popular is the course Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues,[4][5] recommended by various institutions and organizations. [6][7][8]

Awards[edit]

In 2004 she won the Sky Alland Scholarship for rising fourth-year university students.[9] While teaching at the Kelley School of Business, she earned the Trustees Teaching Award in 2018.[10]
