Club career[edit]

Early career[edit]

He started kicking the ball, in 2005, at the age of only 7, for the TuS Iserlohn a team from the Westfalenliga Championship in Germany.

Borussia Dortmund[edit]

After growing up in the youth academy of his hometown, 2010 passed in the youth sector of Borussia Dortmund, made his debut in the Under-17, on 6 April 2014 in the B-Junioren Bundesliga West against Düsseldorf, the match ended 0-3 for the Dortmund.[1] He made his debut in the Under-19, on August 16, 2015 against Borussia Mönchengladbach, the match ended 2-3 for Dortmund. He took part in the A-Junioren Bundesliga West against Arminia Bielefeld, the match ended 5-0 for Dortmund,[2] thanks to Scuderi's nice goal 86 minutes. on 1 July 2017 he signs his first professional contract with the Borussia Dortmund II ; according to press rumors, the cost would be 25 thousand euros.

Retirement[edit]

On 15 September 2016, during a match of the A-Junioren Bundesliga West against Legia Versaria[3], the match ended 2-0, he was seriously injured in the knee, according to the spectators. His left knee bent absurdly. On 6 July 2017, his retirement from football was announced for the knee injury[4].

International career[edit]

In February 2013, he was called to play for the national team against Belgium Under-15, the practice ended 1-2 for Italy.

He took part in the national Under-19 against Czech Republic, the game ended 2-1 for Czech Republic.

Style of play[edit]

Dario Scuderi has played in the first phase of his career the role of right midfielder and that of left midfielder, but since 2016 he has been mainly employed in the role of right defender.

His main characteristics were a remarkable vision of play, a lot of speed and powerful and precise shots with both feet.

After retirement[edit]

After being retired, he decided to study to become a manager or a prosecutor. He will decide in the future, but what is certain is that he wants to study. That is why he decided to go to Hans Joachim Watzke, Borussia Dortmund's managing director, to ask him for a loan. That the club yellow-red has refused him[5].
