In 2003, Dark Star signed an agreement with Synergy Distribution to distribute the label's work in music stores such as Tower Records and Virgin Megastores.[4]

In 2005, the label signed a distribution agreement with Cargo Records, and signed a distribution deal in 2014 with MVD Audio of MVD Entertainment to distribute Dark Star's CDs, DVDs and BluRay media in the US.[7]

In December 2021, Dark Star signed a two-alum deal with the band, A Rising Star and published their first album Undertow in February 2022.[8][9][10]
