David Rossi is an American author and construction entrepreneur based in Northern California. He is the principal of CIQU Construction, a residential construction firm, and has been listed in public business databases for that role. He has also published The Imperative Habit.[1].

Rossi was born in San Mateo, California, and raised in Sunnyvale and Saratoga. He attended Saratoga High School, where he played football. He later studied construction management at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
