David D. Hahn
David D. Hahn was born in Spokane in 1945. He committed suicide on Aug. 28, 1981, at his South Hill apartment in Spokane, Washington, after being accused of sexually abusing boys.
Hahn was Spokane County sheriff’s deputy together with James E. West. He was a Vietnam veteran and also co-scoutmasters of Boy Scout Troop 345 at Hamblen Elementary with James E. West (politician) in the late 1970s.[1] His name was connected to the Morning Star Boys' Ranch scandal.[2]
