David Michigan (born on February 11, 1989) is a fitness trainer, motivational speaker and model.[1][2][3]

He is known for his weight programs, health advice, motivational courses, and mental coaching programs.[4][5]

Biography[edit]

Michigan was born in Paris and has Native American origins.[6][7] Today, he coaches athletes with self-hypnosis.[8] He also works as an actor and model and gives motivational speeches and mental coaching talks.[9][10] In May 2017, he participated in the show Miss France Tattoo 2017 with Léa Castel,[11] which was broadcast on the Trace TV.[12] He also did a Spartan warrior photoshoot at the Louvre Museum.[13]

According to Michigan, he is a believer in visualization[14] and he teaches self-hypnosis.[15][16] He claimed to have invented a self hypnosis technique called the "Michigan Method”[17][18] and frequently shares his health tips and insights.[19][20][21]

In 2018, Michigan has been chosen to be the Jury President of Miss Tattoo France.[22][23] He is presently followed by over two million people on social media.[24][25]
