David Reiss-Andersen (born 14 August 1972) is a Norwegian film director and producer. He runs and is co-owner of the advertising firm Pravda. His grandfather was the writer Gunnar Reiss-Andersen. He is the nephew of Berit Reiss-Andersen. As producer, he made his first fiction film, Brakkvann, in 2007 with Kim Bodnia, Gitte Witt and Trine Wiggen.
