Daxx is a software company. It is headquartered in the Netherlands and has development offices in Ukraine.[1]
In December 2020, Daxx became part of Grid Dynamics (Nasdaq: GDYN).[2][3]

The company was founded in 1999 in Amsterdam by two entrepreneurs Bart Kuyper and Jeroen Rijnen.[citation needed]
In 2011, Daxx opened an office in Kyiv. In the next few years, new offices were opened in Kharkiv, Dnipro and Lviv.[8]
In 2017, the company started to offer Quality Control, Security Testing, DevOps, UI/UX, etc.[9]
In 2020, Daxx became a part of Grid Dynamics.[10][11][12]

In 2017, Daxx was ranked as one of the top 25 IT outsourcing companies of Ukraine.[13]
