Deanna Niceski (born 22 June 1991) is a retired Australian women's soccer player who most recently played as a striker and midfielder for Melbourne Victory in the Australian W-League.
Youth career[edit]
Niceski attended Ivanhoe Grammar School, where she represented the Associated Grammar Schools of Victoria in girls' soccer.[1]
Club career[edit]
NPL Victoria[edit]
Niceski played in the National Premier Leagues Victoria Women from 2006–2008 and 2010–2012, winning the league's Golden Boot in 2008 with 18 goals in 19 appearances for Eltham North[2] and the league championship in 2010 with Box Hill Inter, in which she scored a goal in Box Hill's 2–1 Grand Finals against Heidelberg United.[3] She was injured during round 5 of the 2012 season, in which she was stretchered off;[4][5] the match was her last on record in the league.
Melbourne Victory FC, 2008–2011[edit]
Niceski was a member of the inaugural Melbourne Victory FC W-League squad in the 2008–09 W-League.[6] Her only W-League goal was a stoppage-time match winner as a substitute against Newcastle Jets in 2009.[7][8]
