Merve Akıl (born 3 July 1996) is a Turkish women's football forward, who last played in the Second League for Gazikentspor with jersey number 9 in the 2017–18 season.[1]
She was born and raised in Bamberg, Bavaria, Germany.
Career[edit]
Merve Akıl played in her hometown club TSG 05 Bamberg until the end of 2012–13 season before she moved to Turkey.[2]
She obtained her license in Turkey for Gazikentspor in Gaziantep on 13 September 2013.[1] After one season in the Turkish Second League, she began to play in the First League with promotion of her club in the 2014–15 season.[3]
