Deepika Kaliraman is one of the first Indian women wrestlers in India. She is daughter of great Legendary wrestler Chandgi Ram who won gold medal at 1970 Asian Games. Her father received Arjuna award and Padma Shri award. She was born in 1982 in the Delhi. Her brother Jagdish Kaliraman and sister Sonika Kaliraman are also International wrestlers.
