Bahman Aslanli (born 7 February 1992), better known by his stage name Deli Yazar (Azerbaijani: Dæli yazar ). is an Azerbaijani rapper, songwriter, record producer and musician. He was born in 1992 in Ismayilli

and finished his primary and high school in Baku. He then started his music career in Baku. In order to continue his education, he moved to Baku and studied French language and translation at Azerbaijam University of Languages in 2009–2013.

Career

1998–2013: Early life and career beginnings

Bahman Aslanli was born on 7 February 1992 in Ismayilli. He finished primary and high school in Ismayilli. In 2009 he entered the Azerbaijan University of Languages and studied at the Faculty of French language and translator. He started living in Baku for some time due to his higher education. Bahman Aslanli started his music career in Baku in 2010 with rapping, he used the name Dəli Yazar in 2010, and moved to Baku to continue his education. He graduated 3 years later.

In 2012 he released online his first music album (Mənim dünyam). The rapper, known after his album, was a guest of (FreeZone) program broadcast on Azad Azerbaijan TV channel.

In 2012, he performed his music at an open-air concert in İzmir, Turkey. In 2013, he entered the University of Charles de Gaulle (LEA) in Lille, France, where he continued his music career.

2013–2020: Career

In 2014, he performed his own music at the Istanbul Concert (International Musicians / Writers Festival), then was a guest on the "Turan" TV show broadcast on AzTV.

In 2015 – Graduated from the Faculty of Education Management, University of Strasbourg.

In 2017 – Entered the Faculty of Turkology, University of Strasbourg and graduated in 2020.
