The Dellray Group of Companies is a land development, property management, and construction firm in Toronto, Ontario. Dellray Group concentrates on the research, planning, acquisition, and development of strategically located lands within the Greater Toronto and the Golden Horseshoe Area. Dellray's subsidiaries are Dellray Developments, Dellray Homes, Dellray REIT, Dellray Properties, Ivyswood Capital Management Corp., and Cobre Hill Fine Homes. Dellray Group was founded by Henry Li in 2014 in Toronto. The Dellray Group is one of Ontario's leading property developers and is currently developing dozens of real estate projects across the province of Ontario, according to BuzzBuzzHome, all over the Greater Toronto Area. Dellray Group is working closely with Toronto Mayor John Tory, Markham Mayor Frank Scarpitti, and Brampton Mayor Patrick Brown (politician) on planning the projects.
