Democracy at Work is a donor-funded non-profit association dedicated to promoting democratic principles in the workplace and challenging the what the association views as inherent flaws and inequalities of the economic system. The nonprofit was founded around the belief that democracy should extend to become a fundamental part of peoples daily lives, Democracy at Work aims to educate and empower individuals to create a more equitable and democratic future.[1]

Activities[edit]

Democracy at Work produces media content, including free shows and books, that provide critical perspectives on class conflicts, the economy, and the impact of capitalism on society. Democracy at Work seeks to foster a deeper understanding of the flaws within the current economic system and explore alternatives that prioritize the well-being and empowerment of the majority. The association also creates shows that are available free of charge and without advertisement. Democracy at Work aims to empower everyday individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to actively participate in shaping a more just and democratic economic system.
