Denise McKinney Howell[2] is a blogger, and podcast host living in Newport Beach, California. Her blog, Bag and Baggage, started in 2001, and was one of the first law-related blogs.
Her podcast, This Week in Law, which is part of Leo Laporte's TWiT family of podcasts, focuses mostly on intellectual property and other technology-related legal matters.
Howell is a graduate of UCLA (B.A. 1987), where she majored in English, and the UC Berkeley School of Law (J.D. 1990).[1]
