Devry Smith Frank LLP (DSF) is a full-service Canadian law firm representing both corporate[1] and personal clients. It is located in Don Mills, a district within the city of Toronto. DSF employs approximately fifty lawyers and sixty support staff.

Devry Smith Frank LLP had its genesis in 1964 as a partnership between Howard Devry and Bill McClintock, referred to then as McClintock and Devry. Since then, the firm name has changed several times to reflect the different constituent partners. DSF has also merged with several other firms over the years, including: Eric Bowman Q.C.; Rogers, Smith Dick & Thompson; Keith and Kramer; and more recently Adourian Law;[2] and Nesathurai & Luk.[3]

In 2007, Devry Smith Frank LLP was listed as one of the fifty mid-sized business law firms of Ontario by Canadian Lawyer.[4] At the time, the firm was listed as having twenty-six lawyers, it has nearly doubled in size since then.
