Dewal Pratiharas
Dewal Pratihar is a clan of Rajput. There are 52 village of Dewal Pratihar in Jalore including Jaswantpura and Raniwara.[better source needed]
Origin[edit]
A new dynasty was founded by Nagabhata I at Jalore, near Bhinmal, in about 730 AD, soon after Junayd's death in a battle against the pratihara king of . Nagabhata is said to have defeated the "invincible Gurjaras", presumably those of Bhinmal.[citation needed]
