Dilshoda Khakimova (Uzbek: Dilshoda Xakimova; January 01, 2003) is an Uzbek[1] student of English philology and teaching at Uzbekistan State World Languages University. Booklovers around the world describe Dilshoda's incredible book How I became a polyglot? as "a strange and brilliant book, informative and educative in vision and wisely covered in the manner of effective learning.

Dilshoda's mother is from Namangan teacher who is living in To‘raqo‘rg‘on at the time of his birth. She was born at Namangan city Hospital, educated at Creative School named after Iskhokhon Ibrat, Namangan, before studying at Uzbekistan State World Languages University. During the study as a teacher at the University, She participated in internship programme at Ibrat Farzandlari and her project "Top Universities" has become successful around Uzbekistan. She is a member of the project BCHEMP (2023) that helps young people in Uzbekistan to enter the top universities after school.
A polyglot who is "master of perhaps 7 languages",[1] Dilshoda's broad field of study is English Philology, with a special interest in the leadership management and mentoring the students to get international scholarships.
