Direct Entertainment
Direct Entertainment is a Hollywood, California-based entertainment production and management company, founded by manager/producer Trevor Chowning. Clients include Orson Welles protégé Sasha Welles, writer Russ Littlefield, Larry Tee and DJ Slugo. Former clients include many reality TV stars such as the cast of MTV's Road Rules and The Real World and Johnny Cash's former backing band, The Tennessee Three.
Founded in 1992 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the organization soon outgrew its surroundings and was relocated to New York City, where its founder successfully ran the electronic music label AB Audio under the guidance of Warner Bros. Records. In 2001, Direct Entertainment refocused its priority from music to film and again moved, this time to Hollywood, California where it remains today.
Current projects include film, television and music.
