Don Failla (1938–2024) was an American entrepreneur and motivational speaker in the multi-level marketing (MLM) industry. He wrote a guide to MLM presentation, The 45 Second Presentation That Will Change Your Life.[1][according to whom?]

Failla began working in multi-level marketing in the 1960s. As of 2011, he had sold over 11 million copies of his books in 23 languages worldwide.[2][dubious ] His book, 10 Lessons on Napkins, is a widely-used guide for MLM companies.
