DottsMediaHouse Limited was founded in 2014 by Tiwalola Olanubi.[7][8][9]
Also known as - DMH – Dotts Media House has executed marketing campaigns across Nigeria and Africa through Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, Corporate Communications, Media Buying, Project Management, Technology, Reputation Management, and Government Relations Experience.[10][11]
ChipperCash, Pepsi, HP Nigeria, Jobeco Food, Intel, Netherlands Embassy (Nigeria), Seven Up Bottling Company, Showmax, Pizza Hut etc. are examples of brands that have employed the services of the agency.[12][13][14]
In 2019, DottsMediaHouse (DMH) launched Nigeria's first Influencer Marketing report (NIMR) – An annual research work that talks about the State of Influencer Marketing in Nigeria and guides Influencers, Media professionals, Content Creators & Enthusiasts on the most effective ways of engaging the craft.[15][16][5][17] This research work resulted in a rapid growth for the company as this had never been done before in the Nigerian media ecosystem.[12][8] The NIMR is released annually online and at the Social Media Week Lagos, In March 2020 & 2022 & 2023 DottsMediaHouse hosted a sold out session at the SMWLagos called[18] “The Digital Jollof” where over 5000 copies of the report was shared to attendees.[15][19][20][21]
In May 2020, During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Dotts announced the Launch of its sister company – Trendupp Africa – A reward based platform for Influencers and Content Creators.[15][20] And in March 2021, announced the birth of Trendupp Awards, Nigeria's first-ever influencers and content creators awards.[22][23][24]

DottsMediaHouse partnered with NaijaHacks in December 2019 to organize an online and in person hackation aimed at building solutions for education, housing, job creation and citizen safety, and there was a Dotts Media Prize for the Project with the best new media integration.[25]
In 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, DottsMediaHouse partnered with LEAP Africa to organize the first Youth Day of Service in Nigeria.[26][27] The YDOS's goal is to promote a culture of community service among African youths.[28] DottsMediaHouse as part of the partnership executed a safe crossing project to reduce accidents suffered by road users around the community where the project was executed.[29][30][31]

DottsMediaHouse emerged as Africa's Most Outstanding Quality Digital Marketing Company of The Year at the 6th African Quality Achievement Award in September 2018.[32] The company was also awarded Young Digital Marketer of the Year at the BRANDCOM Awards in 2020.[33][34][35]
Dotts Media House was awarded Digital Marketing Agency of the Decade at the 10th West Africa Brands Excellence Awards hosted in Sheraton Lagos in 2021.[36][37] Africa's best digital marketing and branding company of the Year at the PAN African Intl Awards in 2022[38]
DMH won one silver and one bronze at the Pitcher awards 2022 for Use of Music & Film in the agency's advertising works.[39][40][41] Two silver awards and three bronze awards at the Pitcher awards 2023 for Use of Music, Film, Use of Influencers, and Film in the agency's advertising works.[42]
October 2021, DottsMediaHouse was recognized as a Global Excellence Business in Digital Marketing by Maverick Business Academy London.
