"Down to Earth" is a song recorded by the Bee Gees as it was included on Idea (1968).[1]

Written by Barry, Robin & Maurice Gibb, on its intro, the piano was heard, as the singer sings Hello there and Is there any air, the guitar responded. The piano was heard when the singer sings Can you slow me down. The drums, guitars and piano was heard as the singer sings Can you believe.

Recorded on January 8, 1968 at the IBC Studios, London just after a Christmas holiday in Australia in the previous month.[2] The stereo mix was probably made months later when the album was prepared.

Robin Gibb, who was the lead vocalist of this song was also sings background vocals on the line That there's millions and millions and millions and millions of people like you.
