Doxim LLC is a company that produces a suite of integrated, software as a service (SaaS). Established in 2000 as Interprise Solutions, it was renamed as Doxim Inc.in 2007 Doxim is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario and Indianapolis, Indiana. Doxim serves financial services, utilities and healthcare, and has over 2000 direct and indirect customers in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa.

President and CEO Chris Rasmussen founded Interprise Solutions in 2000 as Interprise Solutions. GI Partners (“GI”) acquired a majority stake in Doxim[2][non-primary source needed] from Strattam Capital in 2018.

Michael Rogalski was appointed president and CEO in November 2019.[3][non-primary source needed]

Acquisitions[edit]

Doxim has channel partnerships within banking, finance, utilities, healthcare and service industries.  Its channel network includes technology partners, referrals, resellerss, and integration partners.   Doxim has partnerships with credit union support organizations as well as banking associations.  It has also developed partnerships with healthcare software providers and federal government subcontractors.
