Dr. Dinesh Sabnis, is an Indian senior educationist, sports mentor, author, and non career diplomat known for his contributions to education, peace, culture and diplomacy. He has been actively involved in projects related to Education, Cultural Diplomacy, International Relations, UN SDG Goals, Peace, Human Rights, and Humanitarian areas. Dr. Sabnis has received several prestigious honors and awards for his commendable work in society and has made significant contributions to the field of education, culture and diplomacy. His remarkable contributions in the field of UN SDG, Peace, Humanity, and International Relations, have given him exceptional recognition as a strong International Diplomat.[1]

Dr. Dinesh Sabnis was born on October 25, 1977, in Mumbai, India, and grew up in a supportive family environment. His parents, Subhash Sabnis and Neela Sabnis, instilled in him the values of hard work, dedication, and perseverance has always been a source of strength for him.
Education[edit]
Dr. Dinesh Sabnis was born and raised in Mumbai, India. He completed his dual Doctorate in Physical Education & Education Administration and holds a Master's degree in Diplomacy & International Relations. His passion for education and dedication to promoting peace and diplomacy have shaped his career.
Career[edit]
Dr. Dinesh Sabnis has been actively engaged in the field of education and international relations for the past two decades. He has worked tirelessly to promote quality education and has been involved in various projects related to Education Diplomacy and UN SDG Goals. His expertise in physical education and international relations has allowed him to make significant contributions to the field.
In addition to his work in education, Dr. Sabnis has held various appointments and positions of responsibility. He serves as the Addl. Representative in the United Nations Geneva Office for the World Fund for Development & Planning (WFDP), an Intergovernmental Organization with a multilateral agreement with various governments. He has also been appointed as the Commander in Chief for Indian Delegation in Lazarus Union, an organization being with general consultative status in the UN ECOSOC.
For his commendable work in diplomacy Dr.Sabnis was honored with special decree of rank Colonel (Hon) by Governor of Kentucky- USA in year 2022

Dr. Dinesh Sabnis has made notable contributions to the field of education, peace and diplomacy. One of his significant achievements was mentoring a group of Indian young peacemakers, who participated in the International Day of UN Peacekeepers held at the UN Geneva Office in 2023. Under Dr. Sabnis' guidance, these young peacemakers presented papers on sustainable planning for poverty elimination, quality education, and the impact of these factors on the global peace process.
Dr. Sabnis has also been honored with the multiple Medals & honors such as "UN NGO Honor Medal" & "Commemorative Medal" from Lazarus Union and it's Czech & Slovak Republic Delegation & Klub Výsadkových Veteránů Prostějov's for his sincere efforts towards projects related to education, peace, and diplomacy. He was specially bestowed with prestigious civil award "Presidential Voluntary Service Medal" by Hon. President of USA in the year 2024 for his exemplary contribution towards education and international relations.
